About
I’m Jen, a California girl who has lived all over the world. In my spare time I love to travel, explore San Francisco, and curl up with a good book.
I’m a content designer with experience in UX writing, research and strategy. In my current role, I create UI text, product messaging, emails, and other help content to guide the user through the product. I also have three years of communications and content planning experience, managing websites and developing the content strategy and branding plan.
I received my BA in Mass Communications with a minor in English Literature from Seattle University, and my MA in Web Design and New Media from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. I recently completed my MS in Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. In 2020, I completed the UX Writing Fundamentals course from the UX Writers Collective.
