Jen Lucero

Hi, I’m Jen, a seasoned UX content designer. I craft words that guide, support, and connect, bringing clarity to complex products from start to finish. In my current role, I focus on making travel easier by creating content that helps travelers every step of the way—from planning to booking and beyond. Before getting into content design, I worked in communications and content planning, managing websites and developing content strategies and branding initiatives.

I hold a BA in Mass Communications with a minor in English Literature from Seattle University, an MA in Interaction & UI/UX Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and an MS in Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. In 2020, I completed the UX Writing Fundamentals course from the UX Writers Collective. You can find more info on my resume.

Originally from California, I’ve lived all over the world and am happy to be back in the Bay Area. In my spare time, I love to travel, explore San Francisco, enjoy live music, and curl up with a good book.
